Don’t wait until it’s too late to tell people how you feel about them. I’ve made it a habit to text people on their birthdays by adding Facebook birthdays to my personal calendar and reaching out. I also try to send short notes when friends/family come to mind. It’s important to give people the flowers while they can still smell them. Life is short.
