“That which you manifest is before you.”

I love this book, and this was a quote that appeared frequently. To me it describes how you can achieve your dreams if you work hard enough and put yourself in a position to achieve. If you want to change yourself, just do it. If you want to work out more, embody the attributes of those who work out more and it’ll happen. Surround yourself with people you admire and who make you better, as that will help shape your behaviors.
