“Every problem is an opportunity to learn and get better.”

I was told this saying by my executive mentor this summer at Kimberly-Clark and it’s really stuck with me. To me, it signifies a mindset change. Instead of shying away from issues, I should take them head-on because these problems are going to offer me the best opportunity to learn.
