This quote always helps me take a step back from the realities, or perhaps the idealisms, that too often influence the course of our daily lives. It helps remind us that life is short and we should be living every day as if it were the last day of our lives. It helps remind us there is a bigger picture in our lives that we too often ignore. I don’t believe it means don’t work or do anything that may cause unhappiness, rather it’s a simple reminder to not let those actions dictate one’s life entirely.
“Enjoy every day, it could be your last.”
