I think that this quote and a variation of it from Kevin Durant (‘Hard work beats talent when talent doesn’t work hard’) embody that work ethic is very important. Most of life’s problems don’t take brilliant people to solve them, just people willing to put in the work to execute. One of life’s most frustrating moments is when something fails due to a lack of effort.
