Its important that all leaders know their strengths and weaknesses so that they can understand how to improve themselves and lead others. I understand that my personality, views, and opinions aren’t for everyone. I’m comfortable with that. Understanding that allows me to create goals that are focused on my happiness and helps me to lead from a place of confidence rather than insecurity.
