“It is not only about the end, but more so about the journey.”

To me this just means to not be too focused on the goal, but also enjoy the stages in between. I transfer that not only into business, but also into life. I think that it doesn’t make much sense to plan one’s life out too much, but rather have a general idea how things could go. Then, simply enjoy the ride and rely on your smarts and wits to handle and situation that will come your way.
