We often decide whether we made a good decision or not based on the results. However, we could have made the best decision possible given the information available, but still end up with an unfortunate result. Sometimes, the result is uncontrollable. Similarly, we could have gotten good results out of luck. Thus, as we try to improve our decision-making skills, we should focus more on the thinking process instead of dwelling on results.
“Focus on improving the decision-making process instead of the results.”
