Apart from being a mantra of sorts for the 16 years that I was a competitive swimmer, this phrase was a helpful reminder to just keep going, keep moving forward, keep growing, even when you’re not sure where you’re going or how you’re going to get there.
“Just keep swimming, swimming, swimming.”
